Refund policy

Return and Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for replacement only. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at meraas.shop@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:
Shop No. 96, Ground Floor, Sitara Lal Plaza, Faisalabad.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), personal care items (like beauty products), and hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the correct item is to return the unwanted product after approval, and we will ship the replacement once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds
Please note: We do not issue refunds. Only replacements will be provided for eligible returned items.
